About the role
We are seeking a Senior Educator in Health and Community Services to join our Community Services and Health (CSH) department. This position will support teachers in providing the highest quality training and education within community services and health. The Senior Education position will work alongside Leadership to manage the educational activities and services and provide high educational leadership and guidance to the teaching staff within the CSH.
To be considered you must hold:
- Diploma of VET (or equivalent) is required. An AQF level 7 or above in Education is also highly desirable.
- An academic or trade qualification in at least one of the following department areas: Community Services; Disability; Massage; Allied Health; Aged Care; Children’s Services; Welfare; Community Recreation and Fitness; or Nursing and demonstrated work experience.
- Current Victorian Working with Children Check or current Victorian Institute of Teaching registration.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
