About The Role:  In collaboration with the Facilitator support participants by assisting in the planning, delivery and facilitation of person centred social and planned activities for individuals over 65 ensuring the program consists of activities both in-house and community based that cover the physical, social, cognitive, cultural and emotional needs of the participants as identified.

EACH is looking for a Support Workers to work as part of a team to support participants by assisting in the planning, delivery and facilitation of person centred social and planned activities for Older Adults ensuring the program consists of activities both in house and community based that cover the physical, social, cognitive, cultural and emotional needs of the participants as identified. 

The positions requires highly motivated, well organised individuals, who can effectively engage, build positive and sustainable relationships, and demonstrate a person-centred approach.
