We are currently looking for a Case Worker to join our Domestic Violence Services team in Orange working within the Staying Home Leaving Violence program. The Case Worker will be responsible for the delivery of high quality case management activities to enable women and children remain safe and free from domestic and family violence in their own home. The Case Worker will also establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and networks with key stakeholders to ensure effective service referral pathways.
To be successful, you will need:
- Experience in the domestic violence, homelessness and/or social services sector
- Sensitivity to the needs of clients from highly diverse backgrounds, particularly Aboriginal clients
- Ability to engage clients to quickly establish rapport, respect and trust
- Ability to build and maintain strong community connections and interagency relationships.
- Qualifications in social work, social welfare, community services or similar

This is a full-time contract role to June 2019. Hours are Monday to Friday with occasional on-call work.
