The position :
This is an ongoing program in Bourke, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The successful worker will be someone with the flexibility to work short and long shifts and at times covering for other team members.
Essential:
- First Aid Certificate
- Driver's Licence and vehicle
- Personal Care experience
- Experience in community care
- Practical, active and caring personality
Desirable:
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability or Community Services
- Experience working with autism or challenging behaviour

All appointments will be conditional upon a satisfactory Federal Police Check, and a Working With Children Check.
