PHYSIOTHERAPISTS | PEEL, SOUTH & EAST
Silver Chain is looking for passionate, community focused Physiotherapists throughout the Perth Metro to join our growing team!
Day in the Life of a Physiotherapist:
- Community based role with a strong focus on enhancing the independence of our clients.
- Work with our clients, carers and their support networks, in collaboration with other service providers, to ensure a personalised goal directed support plan is implemented.
- Monitor services to ensure they are delivered effectively and are achieving the objectives of the support plan.
What we are looking for:
- Qualification as a Physiotherapist and current registration with AHPRA Current valid Driver’s License and access to a registered and reliable vehicle
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Positive, flexible and caring individuals with excellent work ethic
