Team Leader Early Years Services and Systems Support

• Permanent Full-Time
• $83,882 - $93,244 per annum plus superannuation.
• Monthly Rostered Days Off available 

Moonee Valley City Council is currently seeking a motivated individual to provide leadership, cultural change and management of the Early Years Services and Systems Support team.

Reporting to the Coordinator Planning, Policy and Advocacy, this position will be responsible for providing sound leadership to the Early Years Services and Systems Support team members whilst also integrating teams within the Family & Children’s Department.

Some key responsibilities of this role include:

• Develop and implement processes, documentation and systems to guide the implementation of the Central Registration Service;
• Coordinate and implement strong customer service systems to guide the Central Registration Service for the community and non-Council service providers;
• Lead and support Departmental communications, including website management, and the administrative management of Early Years facilities;
• Prepare the team budget and relevant reporting requirements in accordance with Council’s financial management processes.

Interested applicants will have a relevant tertiary qualification in Community Development, social planning, education or related discipline with relevant experience, or substantial experience in the development and delivery of planning for families and children, community development and specialised projects.
