About the positions
We’re seeking passionate an experienced Support Workers to join our highly reputable disability residential services team at Uniting. The Support Worker provides ongoing support, including personal care, to clients in a community residential setting and implement person centred plans developed with client involvement. The positions are located at both Eastern (Chirnside Park, Kilsyth, Ringwood, Croydon & Mt Evelyn) and Southern (Carrum, Frankston, Langwarrin & Cranbourne) regions.

About you
We’re looking for passionate people who have a genuine interest and commitment to working with people with disability. You possess a positive, patient, highly motivated and enthusiastic attitude along with a Certificate 4 in disability or equivalent, a current first aid level 2 (including CPR) certificate and previous experience working in the disability residential setting and working with clients with disability. Empathy, resilience, outstanding personal qualities, sound communication skill and a preference for working within a collaborative team environment are a must.
