About the Role
As a Job Placement Consultant you will be part of a dedicated team supporting people who are looking for work. Using a strengths based model you will assist them to achieve identified goals and gain sustainable employment. You will do this by working with job seekers to develop personal plans, set long and short term goals, and identify and arrange specialised assistance as appropriate.
About You
Thriving on individual accountability you will embrace a performance driven culture. You will be able to build relationships and network across all levels of community and have good local knowledge. Previous experience working within community is highly desirable, including education, health, hospitality, retail or any public focused role.
