Position Purpose
Under broad direction you will be required to independently support the full scheme property rollout of the client.
As part of a small team, there will be a considerable level of internal and external stakeholder engagement. The Property & Security Officer will be the first point of contact for staff with regards to property matters and will need to provide high quality professional, friendly and respectful management of all enquiries and issues.
You will:
- Be responsible for high level administrative assistance to support day to day activities within the office.

- Be required occasionally to increase efforts in order to meet tight operational deadlines
***The role may require some interstate travel***
Duties
Responsibilities include:
- Provide thorough information and effective support to internal and external stakeholders.
- High level administrative support to the Enabling Service Team.
- Work under limited direction.
- Support the Enabling Service Team to rollout the full scheme property plan.
- Monitor and resolve property issues which come in through the property in-box.
- Additional duties as directed by the branch and/or group manager.
Desirable
- Previous experience in working in a commonwealth property environment including facilities management.
- It is highly desirable that applicants have an understanding of or lived experience in the field of disability.
Entry Level checks will be required for all successful candidates and dependent on the role the appropriate working with children and/or vulnerable people checks may need to be undertaken as per State Legislation.
