COMMUNITY FUNDRAISING AND EVENTS CO-ORDINATOR
We are seeking a full time motivated and enthusiastic person with demonstrated success in events, community fundraising, marketing and communications. You are a great communicator, have an eye for detail and a track record of achieving ambitious revenue targets within the not for profit and/or charities sector.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Organisation of fundraising events (pre-event planning, promotion, marketing collateral development, event co-ordination and post event analysis)
- Relevant reporting and database management for our programs and fundraising events
- Deliver community fundraising strategies and plans that align to our vision and fundraising targets
- Develop and implement strategies for donations and volunteer acquisition that support the events and fundraising activities
- A tertiary qualification in business, event management or related disciplines or 2+ years in a similar field
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical thinker with strong numeracy and literacy ability
- Sound time management skills and the ability to deliver to deadlines
- Broad event and community fundraising experience
- Ability to develop and execute fundraising plans and strategies
