The role of the Business Manager offers an opportunity for you to make a positive impact and change the lives of hundreds of people living with disabilities by finding them great, lasting jobs. Use your skills and experience in the service of others to:
- Lead, coach and manage a team of Employment Consultants focusing on coaching and develop, managing performance ensuring excellent quality of service is provided to our customers
- Engage with local / community partners driving meaningful and real results for our customers
- Support and motivate a partial caseload of participants ensuring every encounter is purposeful with the aim to gain sustainable employment
We are looking for an Experienced Employment Services Leader to jump in and help us develop our new sites in the greater Westgate area. You will have a hands’ on ‘can do’ attitude that will help establish a strong foundation to support the local community.
