Job responsibilities

Strategy

• Design, build and oversee the implementation of market-leading new and novel evidence-based nutrition program delivery (B2C and B2B)
• Participate in specialist product design/delivery for residential care, high and complex needs, remote/very remote, telehealth, and more
• Support new market entry into adjacent marketplaces

Execution

• Play a key role in the design of technology to support the above
• Own and implement key outcome measures (wellbeing & social inclusion, capacity building, health) with the ultimate goal of publishing evidence to support clinical efficacy for above programs
• Monitor and manage clinical compliance and governance of programs

Key Selection Criteria

Hit 100 is looking for an entrepreneurial, dynamic and clinically focused expert, with the following skills and experience:

• Relevant qualifications in health and human services
• 3+ years relevant experience in program design, delivery and outcomes measurement, with nutrition and/or public health background a bonus
• 5+ years revenant experience in disability and/or aged care sectors
• Experience with NDIS and/or other consumer-directed-funding models, government or academia
• Excellent communicator and analytical thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
• High level of flexibility and a positive approach to the challenges of a high-growth start-up
• Proven business acumen including effective delivery to agreed timelines
• Works methodically and demonstrates a respect for process adherence, whilst continuously seeking opportunities to improve the status quo
• Works to an extremely high level of attention to detail and demonstrates a passion for excellence
• Commitment to Hit 100’s values; generosity, empathy, integrity, courage and optimism.
• Genuinely cares about improving the health of individuals, their families and communities in Australia and abroad.

The Clinical Programs Manager has an exciting leadership opportunity to play a critical role in the initial setup and subsequent management of Hit 100’s clinical programs strategy and growth initiatives. Depending on the candidate, there is considerable room for this role to grow and expand in scope and responsibility.
