About us
Uncle Bobs Club (UBC) exists to benefit the lives of children with medical needs in Victoria. We fund equipment for hospitals, other institutions and individual children. We also support the high quality of Victorian healthcare work and education through Scholarships and Fellowships at The Royal Children’s Hospital.
Your job
The Fundraising Manager has a critical role in creating UBC’s fundraising strategy to help improve children’s health throughout Victoria. This newly created role is responsible for developing fresh and imaginative fundraising initiatives which complement existing programs. You will be leading a small team to build and grow UBC’s fundraising capabilities.

You have exposure to community fundraising, appeals, major gifts and bequests. You’ve demonstrated your ability to raise funds as a team member and you’re now ready to take a step up to be the leader that enables UBC to improve the lives of many more children in Victoria.
Key to your success will be:
- Your proven track record of achieving high results in raising income
- Strategic planning experience
- Your enjoyment of forging strong relationships
- Your excellent project management and organisational skills
- Your ability to inspire and lead a team
