This unique not for profit community services organisation provide mental health support, aged care services and accommodation for the homeless. They are driven by their values of social justice, empowerment and collaboration and committed to assisting their clients achieve positive life outcomes through the provision of their innovative services and programs.
Your dream role:
- Responsible for the oversight and delivery of high quality integrated services to optimise the outcomes for clients
- Ensure the use of effective and sustainable person centred approaches to case management across all programs and services
- Lead, manage and mentor a skilled multi-disciplinary team
- Monitor, review and implement systems, processes, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with governing legislation and quality standards
- Seek and develop opportunities for partnership and collaboration with other providers and external networks
- Financial management including budget management and the development of tender and grant applications
Your skills and experience:
- Must have experience working in the mental health sector
- Proven track record implementing recovery principles through the use of Trauma Informed Practice
- Demonstrated ability successfully managing budgets, including profit and loss statements
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain professional and productive relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience in accommodation services, residential aged care and homelessness is highly desirable but not essential
