About the opportunities
Uniting Wyndham has two exciting opportunities for a passionate Youth Housing Support and Case Manager and a Housing Support Worker within our program for young people, single adults, and families. Within these roles you will provide housing support to the most vulnerable members of our community, case manage low to complex families, whilst undertaking holistic assessments to determine relevant support.
About you
You will be a passionate case manager with the motivation to support clients and families to achieve the best possible outcomes. You will bring a wealth of direct service case management experience, and prior exposure to the housing system platform “SHIP”, would be advantageous.
