About Life Care

As a Personal Carer (or as we call them “Live Every Day Assistant”), you’ll be part of a team that is dedicated to a small group of residents. Being more involved with residents’ day-to-day lives enables you to have a greater impact.

The role

• Be more involved through personal care, hospitality and cleaning;
• Engage with residents through lifestyle activities;
• Encourage resident independence;

Skills & Experience

You will need the following:

• Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support;
• Commitment to personal and professional development;
• Proven experience providing care for the aged;
• Natural team player with ability to assume leadership.
