About the Role
We are looking to recruit a Specialist DES Trainer to join our National Performance Team.  Applications are invited from suitably qualified, experienced and enthusiastic professionals who are passionate about making a difference in people's lives.
 
Skills and Experience
* Develop and implement training sessions to meet strategic and operational requirements
* Develop and write training plans
* Detailed knowledge of the DES Grant Agreement and User Guidelines
* Demonstarted experience using a LMS
* Knowledge of CRM eg Bridge and SupportAbility
* Demonstrated ability to research problems and identify appropriate solutions
* Relevant teritary qualification
