The role

Based in the North West Country region, at our Whyalla site, we are looking for a passionate hands-on Site Manger to lead an enthusiastic team consisting of administrators, employment coordinators and brokers and social workers to achieving service excellence.

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving performance and team success by implementing and managing  key performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Providing clear guidance and direction on business priorities, results and formulate corrective action responsive to gaps in performance;
  • Management of employee performance and behaviour with a focus on maintaining a high performance culture;
  • Identifying and implementing process improvement measures;
  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with employers, clients and staff; and
  • Coaching and mentoring staff to be successful.

You thrive on driving performance and achieving results and sharing the success with your team. Your polished relationship building skills enable you to connect with people at all levels. Employment services experience is highly valued, but not essential. If you have a genuine desire to help people be the best version of themselves, then we want to hear from you.

In addition to a competitive remuneration package, as we are a not-for-profit organisation, we offer the ability to salary sacrifice to the value of $15,900 per annum, plus entertainment expenses to the value of $2,500 per annum.
