An exciting opportunity is available for a Regional Contact Centre Team Leader role to join the team at Bolton Clarke.


This position will be located East of Melbourne’s CBD. This permanent part time role will see you working 16 hours a fortnight to provide a quality service to Bolton Clarke staff, clients, their carers’ and other community based services. It will be working alternate weekends, 1:30pm to 10pm.


Our Ideal Candidate will have the following:


Experience in a Contact Centre Team Leader role in a dynamic work environment organising staff, their workloads, and managing service demand
Significant experience and services knowledge relevant to the Contact Centre functions
Demonstrated excellent customer service knowledge, interpersonal skills and telephone manner
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills with the ability to provide and negotiate effective and efficient courses of action to customer requirements
Excellent Computer literacy skills.
Ability to support staff to achieve provision of high level of customer service
Ability to work effectively in a team environment


Qualifications:

Certificate III or IV in Customer Contact or equivalent
Cert IV Workplace Training and Assessment (Desirable)
