In this key role you will:
· Provide transport (to and from depot) to customer sites, in a timely and safe manner.
· Train Helpmates in their respective roles (gardening, ironing, cleaning) and promote and develop responsibility and ownership of work.
· Liaise with parents/caregivers and customers to promote a safe, reliable and well managed service delivery and image in the community.
· Maintain all necessary records, documents and plans to meet business requirements from a service delivery, financial and legislation perspective.
Do you have previous supervisory experience in the disability services environment or similar, plus strong Microsoft Office skills?
You will act as role model and promote acceptable social and work place behaviour, display a high level of motivation and good verbal and written communication skills. You must have the ability to develop rapport with a broad range of Helpmates, customers, parents/carers and other contacts.
