The QLD office is currently seeking a driven Service Delivery Manager.

The Role
We are regarded as the pre-eminent leader in our field of expertise with a highly professional and committed national workforce. The role of the Service Delivery Manager QLD is available to lead the operations, provide excellent service to customers and ensure their compliance with Australian Standards and State legislation.

Reporting to the Regional Manager QLD you will lead a motivated, highly skilled and professional team of Consultants. Your objective will be to deliver outstanding service outcomes, provide technical advice to customers and maintain compliance objectives for the State. You will achieve this through diligent management of the operations, contemporary management of a team of consultants and strong commitment to driving productivity.

You are mature, credible and confident in communicating with staff, management and customers at all levels. You have a thorough understanding of standards and regulatory concepts and are passionate about exceeding your customers' expectation. 

To be the successful candidate you will possess the following skills and experience:

- Law enforcement or military experience in the field of counter terrorism or border protection preferred

- Good communication skills, both oral and written

- Customer-centric

- Ability to build rapport and strong relationships

- Strong leadership

- Strong industry knowledge and experience

- Excellent time management

Qualifications:

- TAE40116 Training & Assessment (preferred)

- Fire services or Facilities Management qualifications (preferred)

- Diploma/degree in Business or frontline management (preferred)
