Tradewind are currently working with a small secondary school which opened in 2011. The school for the first time has gone up to Year 13. The school is part of a multi - academy trust. Joining this school and a trust, you would be supported and provided with opportunities for professional development, growth and movement across the schools within the trust. The school is multi-cultural and highly diverse. The school has a steady leadership team and most of which were promoted within. The school is well resourced and houses on a beautiful and refurbished site. The school have state of the art facilities.

About the Role - English Teacher - Westminster, Central London
This school is looking for an English teacher who is available to join their English department in September 2018 on a permanent basis. The teacher will need to be experienced in teaching English from Key Stage 3 (KS3 - Year 7-9) to Key Stage 4 (KS4 - Years 10 -11) in the UK and in state school settings. Experience of Key Stage 5 (KS5 - years 12 - 13) is not essential, but is desirable. The teacher should be a Good or Outstanding practitioner, who has raised attainment in a challenging classroom environment. As a teacher, here you would join a successful English team with an exceptional record for training English teachers. The school is willing to support Newly Qualified Teachers (NQT), and will support through induction, provide a mentor, NQT time, etc. You would work alongside experienced staff and Head of Department, as well as have access to Continued professional development (CPD) and training.
