About the role
Educators support and collaboratively work with in a team to oversee the development, implementation and evaluation of the daily routines and programs ensuring that the safety, security and well-being of the children in our care is protected.
What are we looking for?
- Energetic, motivated educators who are professional and dedicated to ensuring every interaction with children is positive, sensitive and respectful
- Passion for working with school-age children
- Ability to recognise the needs of children, contribute to the planning of OOSH activities actively supervise children.
- Ability to cope in an emergency or in a stressful situation
- Ability to demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding children and young people and Willingness to obtain Identify and Respond to Children at Risk Certificate
- Good communication skills
- Ability to establishing partnerships with families and the community
- Proficient in oral and written English
- Previous experience working with school-age children
- Hold a current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain.
