About the centre:
We are a non-for-profit Christian organisation with a focus on ensuring that each individual child is supported in their education and care journey. Our aim is to continue to provide high quality care, play based education, inclusive practice and help foster and enhance ever child’s development. About you:
• A passion for children and shaping their future.

• Become co-learners with the children.
• Ability to drive a positive, professional and respected working environment within a team.
• Previous experience (2-3 Years) as an Early Childhood Educator.
• Able to implement a developmentally appropriate program.
• Experience with play based programs and reflective practices.
• Understanding of all principles and practices.
• Understanding of Early Years Learning Framework, Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines, National quality frameworks and inclusive practices
• Knowledge of relevant legislations, regulations, policies and procedures.
Role requirements at Grace:
• Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificate.
• Valid blue card.
• Ability to work with a flexible roster.
• Queensland school term calendar followed.
• Working in a large team of dedicated staff.
• Respecting and supporting our philosophy and Christian ethos.
