HEW 7, $79,570 - $86,131 per annum plus superannuation. This is a full time ( 36.75 hours per week) fixed term contract until 16 July 2019 (Maternity Cover).

About the Role
The Coordinator Victoria Abroad will oversee the various activities relating to the promotion, implementation, and administration of the University's Study Abroad and student exchange programs, including student mobility scholarships, loans and grants, study tours, short term programs, placements and events. The position plays a critical role in identifying and supporting study overseas opportunities to VU students while promoting VU as the preferred destination for international students wishing to study in Australia as part of their home institution's degree
About the Person
You will be a dynamic and resourceful individual with exceptional organisational and communication skills and experience in the tertiary education sector, preferably in student mobility. Renowned for your strong customer focus, you will have a demonstrated track record of using your initiative to seek out new opportunities to enhance the student experience and of contributing to ongoing improvements to processes and procedures. International or cross-cultural experience will be highly regarded in this role.
Duties
An example of duties you may perform will include:
- Coordinate a range of international mobility programs including semester exchanges, study tours, short term programs, placements and internships.
- Establish and maintain the relationship between VU and partner institutions while liaising with them in relation to student applications, exchange balances and promotional activities.
- Provide high level administrative and organisational support to units external to Victoria Abroad including fees, enrolments, advanced standing and completions.
