About the Role

As an off-the-floor directorship, this is a position for a director with excellent financial, administrative, and time-management skills. As an inexhaustive list of duties, successful candidates will be required to:

• Manage long and short-term budgets; including wages
• Maintain occupancy and the extensive waitlist
• Oversee all WHS standards and compliance within the facility
• Strive for the excellence of the centre across the NQS, NQF, and EYLF
• Build, and nurture relationships with the parents of the facility, and the wider community

About the Candidate

Successful candidates will:

• Hold at least a Diploma in Children's Services
• Have excellent - and demonstrable - time-management, financial planning, and administrative skills
• Posess strong interpersonal skills, and adhere to high grooming and presentation standards
• Ideally have a good understanding of/experience in, Montessori and play based learning
• Have at least 3 years experience as a centre director
• Be passionate, and an advocate for early years education
