Study Group is a global provider of education services in English Language and Higher Education to international students worldwide.

We have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our CSU Study Centre team at the Darlinghurst Campus.

Reporting to the Academic and Compliance Manager, the Academic Administrator is responsible for administrative and operational support to the team who manages and delivers our Charles Sturt University (CSU) degrees.

Key accountabilities include:  

• Provision of high level of customer service to students      
• Implementation of administrative systems and processes regarding student enrolment
• Coordination of subject outline approval process and distribution of Study Guides for assigned courses
• Coordination of CSU exam timetables and exam activities and special consideration applications
• Production and distribution of timetables for assigned courses
• Provision of administrative support to teaching staff for assigned courses

Key selection criteria include:

• Sound skills in Microsoft Office (especially  Word, Excel, Outlook) and databases    
• High level administration and organisation skills      
• Strong verbal and written communication skills       
• Experience handling customer queries      
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to interact with management and external partners
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
