Buddies Early Learning Centre provides education and long day care for children aged three to five in purpose designed premises. We offer a uniquely Jewish cultural environment where children can master new skills, develop their self esteem and explore their unique interests. Buddies has a focus on sustainability which is embedded into the children's daily activities, making them more informed and responsible citizens, helping to build a strong relationship with the community. 
  
We are looking for Full Time Childcare Educators to join our FAMILY!

With opportunities to work with children aged 1 to 5 years old in our 4 modern room fostering a play based learning philosophy, working as a Childcare Assistant at Buddies will allow you to not only nurture the development of children, but yourself also. 

Knowledge & Skills :  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - able to adapt communication style and vocabulary depending on the audience.
• Demonstrates a high work ethic
• Able to define and breakdown problems/situations - defuses, assesses and comes up with solutions
• Able to follow direction in a positive and supportive manner

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Cert III in Childrens Services
• Working With Children Check
• First Aid Certification 
• Anaphylaxis Certification
• Asthma Management Certification
