TELL ME ABOUT THE ROLE!
Our Regional Operations Coordinators (ROC) are passionate, dedicated and creative. As true leaders to the business and their team, they lead by example with professionalism and integrity. As a ROC, you will oversee multiple services, each with their own unique set of challenges and requirements.
- Design, manage and lead an established program and a fantastic, supportive team
- Network with the school and foster the outstanding existing relationship with Junior Adventures Group
- Plan a healthy eating menu and incorporate fun child driven programs
- Ensure the health and safety of your team as well the children in your care
- Ensure services are compliant and supported
HOURS
This is a full time position with the flexibility of managing your hours per operational requirements.
While you won't be working a traditional 9-5 work week, you will be required to adjust your hours on a daily basis to ensure you are meeting business objectives.
This role requires a 38 work week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 6:00 am and 6:00 pm.
You will be working across numerous sites within your region, our new Head Office in Caloundra, plus from the comfort of your home.

You must have
You must hold minimum:
- Previous leadership experience within an exceeding centre AND;
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Education Support or School Education and Care; OR
- Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Education and Care; OR
- Degree in Primary Education, Secondary or Early Childhood Studies or equivalent; OR
- Diploma or Degree in Recreation; Sport Science; Leisure Studies; Social and Behavioural Science or Nursing
Highly Desirable
- Supervising Officer Certificate (OR willing to apply for)
- First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis and CPR trained
- A current Employee Working with Children's Check is a must for this role.
