Our Room Leaders

• exude a professional outlook and attitude
• responsible for providing a child-centred approach to learning
• mentor their team to ensure children's holistic development is documented
• have excellent open and honest communication skills
• build dynamic relationships with all
• nurture our growing children by meeting their needs and providing them with support and challenge to learn

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a Room Leader role
• Diploma in Education and Care or Children's Services
• Evidence in how you meet the initiatives of the NQF in a high-paced working environment

What we do for our Room Leaders?

• Provide a supportive, fun and optimistic environment where the Educational Leader and Coordinator work directly with Room Leaders to support them and their team members daily
• Ensure team dynamics are balanced and workable for all
• Provide an attractive environment that is well resourced, hygienic and inviting
• Provide clear expectations of each role, clear Policies and clear Procedures
