We are looking for an experienced training specialist whether in the travel industry or outside of the industry to be apart of this growing businesses next area of focus!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Training new recruits, organising Training schedule for Induction
• Training and developing existing staff
• Creating training manuals and e-learning content
• Developing the Online Learning Platform and encouraging engagement
• Assisting staff and floor walking, TL replacement when needed
• Be the “go to person” for all new recruits and current staff requiring help
• Facilitating the implementation of new systems
• Work closely with the Training Manager to ensure Call Quality performances improve
• Work closely with the Training Manager and assist with managing team’s plan
• Work closely with external suppliers to organise key Product training


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:


• Positive Attitude
• Trainer Skills (preferable experience - previously or currently worked as Trainer/Teacher in a call centre environment)
• Analytical thinker able to write training manuals
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Outstanding Management and organisational skills with the ability to multi task
• Be professional with a vibrant, flexible and happy manner and ‘can do’ attitude
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated
• Strong IT skills
• Strong Microsoft Suite Skills (PowerPoint, Excel with reporting ability)
• Ability to adapt to a changing training environment and schedule (flexibility a must)

You will have a discussion with the Training & Development Manager on your salary expectations along with what you can bring to the table. However, you will be awarded very generously with company benefits & also industry benefits ontop of a solid base salary.
