The Role

As part of our ongoing success and expansion we are seeking a permanent education recruitment consultant to join our Sydney team. anzuk has seen an increasing demand for the permanent supply of educators in Primary and Secondary schools across NSW. This is a unique opportunity to build your career in the area of education recruitment for Schools. If you are a driven, motivated and reliable team player, and have a passion for education, we want you!

Working alongside a committed and supportive team of education consultants,

• you will establish trust and build rapport with existing client schools via networking and face to face client meetings
• you will develop new business relationships with prospective schools
• you will recruit, interview and match teachers and support staff with the school's needs at a contract and permanent employment level
• you will assist teachers and educators with career development through constructive feedback and targeted professional development programs

Skills and Experience

• Market Knowledge and Experience - we are seeking someone with a teaching Qualification (Primary or Secondary).
• Recruitment Skills - experience within a recruitment or sales environment. You must hold proven problem solving, relationship building and negotiation skills and a high attention to detail.
• Work Ethic and Driven Nature - you must possess the ability to work autonomously and be goal driven
• Team Player - you must be committed to team objectives and have a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with others
• Admin/IT Skills - possess strong interpersonal and written communication skills
