We are looking for energetic people to join our team in Byford who will showcase our company values; Considerate, Passionate, Courageous.
What to expect as a Program Coordinator:
Before School Care, 6:30 - 8:45am & After School Care 2:30 - 6:15pm, Monday to Friday + 3 hours non-contact admin hours.
Duties:
- Play based learning, incorporating children's ideas and interests into planned experiences and routines;
- Work with the team to tailor each aspect of the service to engage, inspire and delight the children attending the service.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Certificate IV in Children's Services (OSHC) / School Age Education and Care / Education Support; OR
- Diploma in Children's Services / Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent; OR
- Degree or Diploma in Education / Childrens Studies (4-14 year olds) / Recreation / Sport Science / Leisure Studies / Social and Behavioural Science or Nursing or equivalent.
- Experience in leading a small team of staff within the children's services arena.
- A current Employee Working With Children's Check & National Crime Check (or willing to obtain).
- Supervisor Officer Certificate (or willing to obtain).
