Continued growth has meant that we now have a position in our Wollongong office, to provide support to students who are studying qualifications in the field of:

Duties & responsibilities
This role would suit a person who has strong organisational skills, enjoys interacting with a diverse range of people, is passionate about learning and wants to be part of a professional and supportive team.
The role involves providing telephone and email support (coaching) to students enrolled in our Certificate III and IV in Business Administration and Business qualifications.
This role also involves marking assessments and providing constructive feedback, as well as updating course materials on a regular basis to ensure they reflect current industry related changes.
This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to join the Vocational Training Industry.
Essential Requirements
Applicants must demonstrate recent industry experience in the Business and/or Business Administration industry. Formal industry qualifications are desirable but not essential.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate:
- Strong communication skills – verbally and in writing
- Highly motivated and well organised
- Flexible and adaptable
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a fast paced team environment
- Patient and empathetic to individual student needs
Desirable
Whilst a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110/TAE40416) is desirable, applicants with significant industry experience and the aptitude to coach over the telephone will be strongly considered.
