Creative Kids Childcare is currently seeking experienced, motivated, passionate, fun and enthusiastic leaders with potential for future growth within the company to join our team!
We currently have positions available for an Experienced Director, Childcare Leaders and ECT's
To apply for the Director position, The successful applicant must:
- At least two Years industry experience
- Sound knowledge of EYLF, NQS, Child Care Regulations and Assessment & Rating Process
- Bachelor Qualified – or studying Early Childhood Degree
- Kindy Manager System Knowledge an advantage but not essential
- Ability to inspire and work with a team of great Educators
- Current Ochre Card/Child Protection/First Aid Qualifications needed
- Passionate about the Early Childhood Industry
To apply for an ECT position, The successful applicants must:
- Hold a Bachelor in Early Childhood education and care, or be 50% completed and actively working towards.
- Current First Aid qualification – Asthma and anaphylaxis training.
- Ochre Card (Working with Children Card).
- Be available to Work Fulltime Hours on a rotating shift – Monday to Friday (opening at 7.00am, closing at 6:00)
- Support and contribute to the program to achieve high quality outcomes for children.
- provide consistent, active engagement for children while working in the scope of our philosophy and policies, EYLF and National Quality Standards.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with families, children and the centre team.
- Contribute to and promote a professional and positive work culture.
- Ensure the environment in which children play and learn is Clean, Hygienic and safe.
To apply for a Lead Educator position, The successful applicants must:
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood education and care, or be working towards.
- Current First Aid qualification – Asthma and anaphylaxis training.
- Ochre Card (Working with Children Card).
- Be available to Work Fulltime Hours on a rotating shift – Monday to Friday (opening at 7.00am, closing at 6:00)
