The opportunity
In this busy role you will be responsible for the coordination of the Director's diary, including meeting arrangements, travel and hospitality. As an integral support to the Executive, you will be tasked with preparing correspondence, utilising both HR and Finance systems to assist the flow of information and, where required, undertake administrative projects to further the aims of the Queensland Conservatorium.

This is a continuing, full time position based at the South Bank campus.

About you
As Executive Assistant, you will hit the ground running given your previous experience in a similar position. Your demonstrated communication skills will enable you to build professional relationships within Griffith University and with external stakeholders alike. Your high attention to detail will enable you to accurately manage the flow of information within the Director's office as well as ensuring that HR and Finance systems are utilised proficiently.

Salary range
HEW Level 5: $64,857 - $72,950 per annum. Salary package including 17% employer superannuation contribution: $75,883 - $85,352 per annum.
