Our Client

Our Client is a national Not for Profit organisation passionate about empowering individuals and communities through their commitment to make a difference by providing opportunity. They are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Trainer to deliver their Employability Skills Training Program. This program gives youth the opportunity to enhance their employability skills by giving them an understanding of Employer expectations.



The Position


We are looking for creative and passionate trainers to equip young jobseekers with pre-employment skills and help prepare them for success in the workplace. You will be responsible for delivering training to provide students with the skills and industry experience they need to achieve and maintain sustainable employment.



The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this opportunity you must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a current TAE40116 or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (incl LLN unit)
• Demonstrate experience delivering training to a youth audience
• Have an understanding of the issues facing young unemployed people as well as an understanding of employer and workplace expectations
• Have confident computer and technology abilities including touch screen devices
• Hold a current Working with Children check
• Have an AFP National Police clearance (or be willing to undergo and satisfy an AFP Police check)
