COMPANY
Our client, an established education provider with over 20 years’ experience educating thousands of students from all over the world in the digital media, design and information technology space is experiencing significant growth and has forecasts to continue this in the short and long term.
Our client is looking for a Sales Manager to target international and domestic student recruitment predominantly from India and other sub continent regions.
ROLE
Your role will be to manage a global network of education agencies and partner institutions as well as direct recruitment to ensure achievement of student recruitment targets and academic success.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee and manage international student recruitment activities across the region
- Develop and implement a recruitment plan for the region, including setting targets and monitoring KPIs
- Manage a network of educational agents, institutional partners and study abroad partners in the region
- Assist with development of promotional material including flyers, email marketing, outdoor/indoor advertising in the region
- Provide market research and insights on demand potential and business development opportunities for the region
ABOUT YOU
In order to be successful in this role, you will have experience in managing student recruitment within a higher educational institution.
Additionally you will have:
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Ability and willingness to travel interstate and overseas
- A knowledge and understanding of the legislation related to international student education in Australia.
