Role 

As a fundamental part of the Regional Maintenance Program within Transport for NSW, you will advise, help create and deliver the apprenticeship/trainee-ship program designed to ensure employees within Road and Maritime Services are equipped with the technical competences required to undertake their work effectively, then facilitate reviews and assessments in consultation with key stakeholders. 


Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in working within educational and operational environments, ideally with exposure in the design and delivery of apprenticeship programs. 
• A passion for sustaining effective working relationships with apprentices, trainees and managers involved in these programs, to ensure mutual needs are addressed in program delivery. 
• A solid working knowledge of the Vocational Educational Training (VET) sector. 
• Success in developing and maintaining holistic training plans, processes and associated materials, in accordance with legislative and regulatory frameworks and policies, including the Apprenticeship and Trainee Act 2001 No 80
