About the role
We require someone to grow and manage the training operations at our Mackay Campus, ensuring our local clients have a reliable and knowledgeable point of contact. You will be a self-starter with a winning, can do attitude. You will also possess a willingness to learn.
Business Development:
- You will be responsible for ensuring the Mackay Campus meets its budget expectations through the proactive exploration of training opportunities.
- You will build, maintain and grow excellent client relationships, ensuring Axiom College's strong reputation for quality and values are represented and strengthened.
- Your experience, knowledge and understanding of the training environment and market in Mackay will enable you to implement growth strategies to assist with future business planning.
- You will be able to demonstrate exceptional written and verbal skills, and be a confident negotiator who operates with integrity and passion.
Administration:
- You will be responsible for managing the day to day tasks of the Mackay campus including; sales, course scheduling, enrolments, student contact, administration, resources and managing the local personal and other tasks as required to support the training operations.

Skills and experience
- You will be expected to have extensive knowledge and experience in the training industry, specifically with Government funded programs and the level of compliance required of these programs.
- As our key go to person on the ground you will need to be flexible, organised and possess strong communication skills
