A Group Leader position has become available at our family owned and operated Child Care Centre in the Browns Plains area. We have a proven record of providing excellent care and service to our families and children. Set on 5 acres, our animal farm and natural environment is the perfect backdrop for enriched educational experiences for children.
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Group Leader to join our fantastic professional team. With the highest importance put on care and early childhood education, we are seeking a Group Leader who is warm, caring and respectful of children's needs and the environment in which they learn. The position offers open-ended opportunities to provide exciting and enriching educational programmes to our children.
Suitable applicants must be able to meet the following criteria;
A minimum Certificate III in Children's Services and be studying a Diploma of Children's Services
Hold a current blue card
Hold a current first aid and CPR
Be willing to take responsibility of the programming, planning and overseeing the running of the room
Demonstrate ability to liaise with parents and centre staff to implement programs
Demonstrating leadership and commitment towards the centre's goals, philosophy and vision
Be achievement orientated and committed to working with a cohesive and friendly team.
