A Registered Training Organisation (RTO) who delivers a broad range of speciality courses across the country, this progressive company currently require a Head of Department / Program Director - Nursing, to join their driven and dynamic Team.

To be considered for this position, you will be a Registered Div 1 Nurse, have extensive experience working in the Education Sector (including holding your Cert IV TAE) and a comprehensive knowledge of all regulatory requirements covering both VET compliance and the Registering Bodies (Nursing).

This combined with strong commercial and leadership skills will enable you to ensure the continued success of the Department, while maintaining a strong focus on the journey of your students at all times. You will also be able to initiate and develop strong industry based relationships that will provide ongoing benefit to the organisation.
