Great opportunity to join a highly regarded International Education Provider as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Oceania Polytechnic is a Registered Training Organisation providing Building & Architectural Courses to International Students
The CEO is a key member of the senior management team playing a vital role as a member of the Managing Board.
Primary responsibility
The primary responsibility of this role will be to lead the operational team and review and develop business systems and procedures in Finance, Marketing & Sales, Human Resources and International Student Support functions.
The CEO has overall responsibility for the efficiency and effectiveness and sustainability of the business operations while remaining compliant with all relevant regulatory obligations.
The successful candidate will have well proven leadership skills, a strong commercial background, outstanding communication skills and a proven record of success in a senior management role. Ideally you will have a strong background in Vocational Education.
To be successful in this position you will have:
-High level operational and strategic leadership skills developed in senior roles
-Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
-A proven record of success in managing and developing capability and efficiencies in business operations including International Student Support
