About the role:
We are currently looking for a highly motivated ELICOS teachers and ELICOS Coordinators to join our friendly and hard-working team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide quality Training focusing on all four modules
- Preparations of student training plans
- Ability to engage students whilst delivering face to face training with attention to quality service.
- Sourcing new resources to students in all four modules
- Ability to relate International students from Non-English speaking backgrounds and provide individual support to students
- Assessing students practice tests and providing them appropriate feedbacks
- Organising practice test every week and providing the feedback to students
- Other duties as required
Required Skills & Experience
- Must have atleast 2 years of experience in teaching ELICOS
- TESOL Qualification higher than Certificate IV level (Recommended)
- A degree or diploma of at least three years full-time or equivalent
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to deal with students of all abilities
- Excellent ability to support and mentor students
- Excellent ability to engage students in classroom delivery
- Other duties as required
