This role will be predominantly delivering and assessing the new TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, the upgrade from TAE40110 to TAE40116 & various TAE Skill sets.
However, depending on the Candidates industry experience and qualifications there is scope for training and assessing in:

- Leadership and Management
- Governance
- Tourism
- Medical Reception
- Finance

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Hold the Diploma of Vocational Education and Training AND/OR Diploma of Training Design and Development .
- A Blue Card or ability to obtain a Blue Card.
Other responsibilities include
- Design training and assessment materials for TAE and Leadership Qualifications
- Participating in Validation Assessment
- Learner Support and Coaching
Desirable skills include
- Experience in creating courses in Moodle or similar LMS.
- Experience in Training and VR technologies
- Experience creating online short courses
- RTO Experience
- Industry Experience in Business , Leadership, Project Management, Tourism.
