Our goals for training are simple - teach people the skills for the job they want and give employers the workforce they need. The only problem with this? Word is getting out from the employers, schools and students that we work with and now we need another trainer in Education Support for our students.
Are you a qualified teacher, Student Support Officer, Teachers Aide or Integration Aide and are motivated to start a career as a Trainer? We are looking for a person who is passionate about imparting their knowledge to students and teaching best practice methods to the next generation of this essential industry.
Does all of this sound like you and the company you want to work for? Of course, as well as the above there are a few key things we need you to have:
- Ideally a Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE) or equivalent.
- Minimum Certificate III in a relevant qualification (this may include being a teacher or other work in the education industry.
- Practical work experience in the industry (minimum 2 years experience)
- National Police Check and Working With Children Check (to be provided on commencement)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience delivering training in adult education is preferred
- Most of all - the motivation to help and grow our students to achieve a qualification and become sought-after employees in the education sector.
