Key Responsibilities
My Client is looking for a person who can come into the role and direct the 3-4's room.
As the leader of the room you will be one of the key decision makers. You will be responsible for supporting, guiding and mentoring other staff within your room.
You will oversee the supervision of the children and will lead the daily program.
A key part of the role will be building strong and trusting rapports with the parents , children and the local community.
To be successful in this role you must have the following attributes
Diploma in Childrens Services
1-2 years experience desirable, however recently graduated candidates will also be considered
Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor other staff members
MUST be culturally diverse
Passion to work in and exceed in the childcare industry
