We are seeking flexible and diligent individuals for several invigilation opportunities between 30th July and 17th August 2018. There will be two compulsory paid training sessions held online and over the phone before the invigilation period.
Invigilators will be expected to perform the following duties:

Attend and complete scheduled invigilator training

Administrative duties such as preparation of the room for testing and overall efficient administration of the test program

Adhere to the security and confidentiality requirements of the tests at all times

Ensuring that all students’ test materials are collected and reconciled at the conclusion of the testing.

Confirm reconciliation of test materials via phone to the Pearson helpline immediately following each test session.

Documenting incident reports (i.e. disruptions during exam) and completing a Test Session Report

Providing feedback on the testing process

Be responsible for the supervision of the exam

Be responsible for receipt, secure storage (this may require collection from the local TNT depot) and return of the secure test materials.

Adhere to the security and confidentiality requirements of the tests at all times

Be responsible for the smooth and efficient administration of the test program
Requirements:

This roles involves heavy lifting (test materials - max weight is 10kg per box)

Be prepared to use own vehicle for transporting the test materials from your home to the test venue

You must be available from approx 7:30AM to 5:00PM during the testing period for your assignments

Possess a valid Working with Children Clearance or be a Registered Teacher

Be organised, flexible and punctual

Maintain confidentiality at all times

Possess highly developed communication skills

Previous experience of supervising /marking of high stakes tests (desirable)

Have your own transport and be flexible to travel
This casual role would be ideal for those experienced in invigilation/test administration, or in working within a primary or secondary school classroom setting.
Payment information:
Payment is $180 - $210 per invigilation (depending on the subjects to be tested); each invigilation session comprises of two tests.
Training will be paid at a flat rate of $100 (inclusive of both sessions).
