EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time (36.75 hours per week) and continuing
LOCATION: Melbourne Burwood Campus
ABOUT THE ROLE
Support the development and audit of learning design in cloud and located learning environments with directions from the Senior Lecturer, Learning Futures.
This will include:
- In consultation with the Senior Lecturer, Learning Futures, design the methodology and undertake desktop review of curriculum materials and provide advice on the effectiveness of learning design.
- Supporting the development and delivery of customised training, professional development and support programs to improve learning and teaching in the cloud and on campus.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to develop teaching and learning resources.
- Establishing effective communication, negotiation and involvement with academics to plan, develop and maintain unit resources with a view to improve student experience.
ABOUT YOU
- Relevant degree or diploma in Education or related field with subsequent relevant experience in instructional design and educational technologies.
- Demonstrated understanding of learning design principles/theory, practices and technologies relating to flexible and online teaching and learning in a blended learning environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in selecting educational technologies, and integrating digital and interactive learning experiences to enable and increase student participation and engagement.
- Demonstrated experience of supporting development of curriculum materials with a focus on authentic assessment and feedback for learning.
