About the role
Mater Education currently has an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a professional RTO Educator to join the team in a full time and fixed term capacity (12 months). This role will be based at our South Brisbane campus.
You will plan, develop and deliver education and training within the Registration Training Organisation and other related training courses. As the Educator you will implement innovative instructional and delivery strategies, including flexible and online delivery methods ensuring the preparation of quality learning and assessment resources for use by students and other educators in program delivery. You will provide documentation, reports and record keeping in accordance with policy and procedures.
The Educator is also responsible for student management and accountable for ensuring excellence in educational outcomes within the resource constraints of the organisation and in the context of our mission and values.
Salary range: $89,923 per annum including superannuation.
About you
To be successful for this role you will possess the following:
- CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support or demonstrated equivalent
- TAE40110 / TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE)
- Current Driver’s licence
Prior experience within an RTO would be highly advantageous to your application.
